Inventory changes daily so if an item shows sold out check back tomorrow. We don't freeze our food and make what we can sell fresh, ready to eat.

You can pickup at any neighborhood or Farmer's Market location listed. Pre-order sales end 3 hours before pick up time but we arrive with extras of some products for walk-ups.
Heat up a skillet on medium high temp. Add a little water just
enough to generate a little steam and keep the meat from
sticking. Place item in the pan (separate the slices so they are
not on top of each other), cover, and steam for a few minutes
until hot (165 degrees). Serve and eat.
Let package come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 300 degrees, place ribs in a 9 x 13 pan, add a little water just enough to generate a little steam, place ribs in, cover tightly, and place in the center of the oven. Heat until hot (165 degrees). Serve and eat.
The Matthews Farmer's Market and other venues we are located at may limit the numbers of patrons access at one time so there may be a brief wait for entry, and vendors follow current Covid safety guidelines.
Our finished ready to eat foods are prepared locally. Meats, poultry, and seafood, and side items ingredients are sourced from commercial resources similar to grocery stores and restaurants. If you would like to order products sourced from local, farm raised vendors call us to discuss your specific needs and pricing.
