In-home Grilling Classes Make gifts!

Tired of being stuck inside?  Have fun in your own backyard with a grilling class you organize or give as a gift for Father's Day, a birthday or other occasion gift.  

1. Classes run 2-2.5 hours in the safety and privacy of your home.  We supply all the food, typically chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit, potatoes, dessert.  Higher priced items if requested such as beef, lamb, lobster, duck, and such will be an additional surcharge.  
2. You need to have a working gas grill, charcoal BBQ or smoker.
3. You supply plates, utensils, and beverages.
4. We will cook one of each:  appetizer, main dish, side, dessert.
5. Prices start at $65 per person with minimum of 6 people or $390.
6. Additional nominal travel fee applies outside of the South Charlotte area.  To get the exact amount if applicable please email your address to ernie@erniesbbq.com.  
7. PLEASE NOTE:  CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED AND MUST BE SCHEDULED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE BEFORE EXPIRATION.  
8. Classes are usually held weeknights (Mon-Thurs.)  Limited Fri and Sun nights available at additional cost.  Bookings are at least 4-6 weeks out.
