Our finished ready to eat foods are  prepared locally.  Meats, poultry, and seafood, and side items ingredients are sourced from commercial resources similar to grocery stores and restaurants.  If you would like to order products sourced from local, farm raised vendors call us to discuss your specific needs and pricing.  Supply chain issues may cause shortages and price increases at times, we appreciate your understanding.

Inventory changes daily so if an item shows sold out check back tomorrow.   We don't freeze our food and make what we can sell fresh, ready to eat.
