Graduation Catering Services 2025

Get ready for graduation party catering season with Ernie's famous BBQ catering services. We offer standard options with meats and sides to feed 20, all ready to heat and eat. Additionally, you can create a custom catering menu by simply calling or emailing us to discuss your exact needs.

Pickup is available at the Matthews Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings between 8 and 12, or delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. For pricing, please call or email us with your address and the date/time.

How much should I order for my party?

Remember most parties are "drop-in" and guests will be going to multiple events. Plan on many of them stopping by for a quick bite so you don't need full size portions. Many times we recommend slider sized portions (2 oz) versus a full sandwich size portion (4-5 oz).

Can I customize a menu?

Yes. On our order page we listed a few standard popular items. To customize your menu and for other cuisine options call or email.

How many will a lb. of meat feed?

Most regular size sandwich portions are 3-4 per lb. so for smaller portions you can go with 5-6 per lb. to feed more people.

Pickup or delivery options

We are at the Matthews Farmer's Market every Sat. from 8-12 and you can pick up there or we can delivery for additional charge. Call or email for availability and pricing.

Gluten Free Options?

All of our meats are gluten free. The only items containing gluten are mac & cheese, cornbread, and rolls.

Do we have a Health Department Score?

Yes. Our current Mecklenburg County score is 100%!
