• Pulled chicken (1 lb.)
• Smoked sliced brisket (1 lb.)
• Pork rack of ribs
• Chargrilled wings(dozen, paddles & drumettes, with celery, blue cheese, Buffalo or BBQ sauce on side)
• Armadillo eggs (3 per order)
• Texas beef chili (16 oz.)
• Mac & cheese (16 oz.)
• Baked beans (16 oz)
• Cole slaw (16 oz.)
• Cornbread (3x3 piece)

• (1) lb. makes 3-4 sandwiches
• (1) rack of ribs is for 2-3 people
• Wings are 1/2 drumettes, 1/2 paddles and include bluecheese and celery.  Sauces on the side.

• Armadillo eggs are whole cored out jalapenos stuffed with pimiento cheese, wrapped in  a seasoned ground beef blanket, gently wrapped in bacon, finished with sweet bbq sauce. 
• Sides will serve 3-4 people
• Cornbread is enough for 1 or 2 people

• All items are fully cooked, chilled, and ready to heat and eat.
• You may also order food hot and ready to go at additional $3 per item.  
• Pickup is free at our kitchen between 12 and 3 pm.  Delivery available at additional cost between 12 and 4 pm.  Email us delivery address for exact cost.  Delivery is billed separately.
